Batching system flow chart
Raw material batching flow description (Raw material take 5 kinds of powder for example : A,B,C,D,E; fluid based on 4 kinds: a,b,c,d  )
1.Powder batching:
a)Storage 5 kinds powders A,B,C,D,E to powder silo A,B,C,D,E respectively;
b)According to batching ration sent the powders A,B,C,D,E to dosing tank per screw feeding system.
c)Open pneumatic discharge valve of dosing tank, input proportioned powder to intensive mixer once.
d)Open "mixer", make the powders mixing 5~10 min in dry condition (mixing time is able to setup according to technique).
2. Fluid batching :
a)Storage 4 kinds powders A,B,C,D to powder silo A,B,C,D respectively
b)According to batching ration sent the fluid a,b,c,d to fluid mixer per flow controller.
c) Open fluid mixer to mix the fluid uniformly. 
d)Open"fluid pump", according to pre-set flow uniformly spray the mixed fluid to intensive mixer per fluid pipes, make the powders mixing 5~6 hours with powders (mixing time is able to setup according to technique).
e) Open discharge hole, sent the mixed material to next process.

2. Liquid conveyor system
2.1 Hold-up vessel and Dissolve vessel (6 pcs): Include deionizer water, ammonia water hold-up vessel.
2.2 metering pump (8 set):include deionizer water, ammonia water metering pump etc.
2.3 pneumatic ball valve (24pcs): include reversing solenoid valve, MONITORING SWITCH

3. D type vertical intensive mixer


WDHL-220 vertical type intensive mixer is special used in raw material mixing such as refractory material, SCR catalyst material etc. The cylinder of intensive mixer does clockwise rotation while high speed shaft does counterclockwise rotation, the claw are able to both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation to shovel the raw material up, and the raw material crushed and mixed by high speed rotation shaft. There have scrapers on the inner cylinder to make the surrounding material enter the center of intensive mixer for crushing. Thus the intensive mixer has the features of efficiency, free of dead corner, and even mixing.
The WDHL-220 vertical type intensive mixer adopts PLC automatic control, the running is stable and easy to operation, it is ideal mixing equipment.

IV. Dryer description:
  1. Grade I drying room

Put the extruded catalyst into hard carton which lining polyurethane sponge, then load them to drying car for drying. The circulating fan sent the air which have been heated by steam heater to extruded catalyst for drying, thus improve the catalyst strength and reduce its moisture.
Grade I drying room adopt include 10 units, each every unit include bellows:

2. Grade II drying room

Extruded catalyst after drying in Grade I drying room, put them out from hard carton and put on drying car for Grade II drying room. The space between with catalysts and catalyst with drying car, should filled liner for sealing. The drying car II enter drying room II for drying, the hot air fan extract air outside kiln and after heated by steam heater, sent to the catalyst for further uniformly drying.
